Our studio spaces allow for multiple uses such as creating large scale art work, quiet workspaces, and many other creative endeavors. Flexibility is provided to allow tenants to build out space to suit their needs. Utilities and internet are included in rent.

shared studio space AVAILABLE

There is currently one small shared space available (about 10 x 10 ft, part of a larger studio space, open/not private). Available through one of the tenants; best for someone who doesn’t need much space and works in a quiet, fume-free medium. If interested, please send us an email.
